My friend and I went to Maginhawa Street, Quezon city to see this new cafe that is puuuurrrrfect for cat-lovers. The Cat Cafe Manila.
To tell you the truth, we are not cat-lovers, but we enjoyed the cafe. Cat Cafe Manila is such a nice and peaceful place. The cats are enjoyable to watch and play with (maybe because of their cuteness). And also the cafe staff are accommodating and friendly.
Before you enter the wooden front door, You have to leave your shoes or sandals. There is also a waiver you need to sign on. Once you enter the cafe, one of the cafe staff will state the cafe rules so that both the cats and the customers won’t get in trouble.
The place is pretty small, but don’t get me wrong, It is perfect because cats are not always comfortable in a large crowd. That’s why the management only allow a certain number of visitors and so they require people to make reservations first.
The place has these small hanging bridges and small houses for cats to roam around.
Time to meet the cats. But first…
Here are pictures of some of the cats.
There are some cats who are moody and doesn’t hang-out that much but there are also ones who are approachable and playful. Just be reminded to ask the staff first if they are safe to hold and to carry.
This place is actually good for everyone, not just for cat-lovers. Why not try this? You might enjoy this place like we did.
