My Review on Fast and Furious 7

Fast and Furious 7 is what I believe to be the finale of the Fast and the Furious franchise. It’s a story of vengeance of Deckard Shaw (played by Jason Statham) to Dom’s family (or team) on what they did to his little brother, Owen Shaw (played by Luke Evans). It showed how the “Fast and the Furious Team” worked their way against this new threat.

The fight scenes are great. Tony Jaa did an excellent performance on his fight scenes. Ronda Rousey is also in the movie. Her amazing moves we see in MMA may had been “toned down” for a quicker fight scene but it was not that disappointing.

Jason Statham is great as a villain. This movie actually proves how he can be a prick for Dom’s team. He may have become less “martial artsy” on his clashes with Dwayne Johnson and Vin Diesel but it is still cool to watch. When you saw the trailers revealing Statham as the villain, it gets you to wonder how an “expendable” or “transporter” will be up against “The Rock” and Diesel. Their fight scenes would make you react the same way when you watched Jackie Chan and Jet Li did theirs in Forbidden Kingdom, or something like that.

All the car scenes are so awesome to watch. From “flying” cars to “switching” passengers. Lastly, the bond between Vin Diesel and Paul Walker (as the characters they portrayed and in real-life), it is something that brothers or great friends or best friends would definitely relate. Everyone will catch the drift.

I’ll give it an 8 out of 10 because of the car scenes, the Last scene of the movie, and the fight scenes (especially the last one between Diesel and Statham) that I believe should have been better.
