While I was in BGC (Bonifacio Global City), I went to a place where most their yuppies(Youth Urban Professionals) go to eat after work.
The place is located in a corner between 8th Avenue and 34th Street. It is beside the MC Home Depot and a soccer field.
There are different sorts of food here. This may be like a heaven for foodies for it has many varieties from snacks, viands, to desserts.
I took the liberty of knowing and taking some pictures of the stalls. Especially of somewhat I see to be different and interesting.
The boneless lechon from Cebu.
Looks like a lechon roll.
They also have different kinds of longganisa.
Cakes. Lots of them.
Lava Ice Cream Cafe. They produce ice creams with liquid nitrogen.
Like this one.
Banana ridges. I tried them out and they are amazing.
Organic eggs, goat’s milk, and balut.
Hunger buster. They became the Foodgasm(a competition for food sellers) champion. Will try them soon.
The Crazy Chef.
Street foods. Clean and tasty.
For someone who likes barbecue and has a big appetite.
Local desserts with their umbrellas.
Mio Gelati. They have alcoholic ice creams.
Here are the flavors.
Metro Maki. For Sushi-lovers.
Maki (sushis) with a localized twist.
Chicken delicacies with some interesting names.
President Obama should try these.
He is not just hot in the news.
The Mercato is opens on Fridays and Saturdays at 6pm until 3am in the morning. If you like to explore different kinds of food within the Metro, you will surely like this place. 🙂
