Otaku is a Japanese slang word which refers to someone who has a hobby and is spending more time, money, and effort on that particular hobby more than anything else.

Otaku Expo as an annual event that is been around for quite some time. This year’s event (as far as I remember) is my first time to attend so I took some pictures of what I have encountered.

My buddies and I went through booths and sellers of Anime CDs, DVDs, Toys, clothes based on shows( anime, manga, movie, etc.) and everything used for cosplay.
There was also a booth of a certain group who educates people with the Japanese culture.
There was also a booth who sells Gundam.

Aside from booths, there was also a stage there for stage activities and anime-inspired rock bands.
There were also rock bands playing anime theme songs for people to enjoy.
