I have been playing Magicthegathering for more than 8 years. It was in my college years and believe it or not, that it was my professor who influenced me to play. Fast forward to 2015, my buddies and I decided to attend the Grand Prix Manila. And so we did.
It is very often for the country(Philippines) to become host for this kind of event that is why we took the advantage.
Magicthegathering has different playing formats like Standard, Modern, Legacy, etc. The event mostly accommodates standard players.
Us, being modern players, are not suitable to attend the standard tournament. So we had other plans. We planned to go to booths and meet the MTG card artists and have our cards signed. The artists present are RK Post and Johannes Voss
After that, we went to the booths of known MTG shops on the left corner of the hall
And There are other booths as well (Apologies, for I can no longer remember their shops’ names)
Here are players
If there would be another event like this here, I might join the tournament. 🙂
